✔ When I first opened my brand-new foldable phone, I was shocked to discover a major issue: there was significant leakage (as clearly shown in Picture 1). The inner screen was completely unresponsive to touch, leaving me with no choice but to rely on the smaller external screen.

Without wasting any time, I called Xiaomi’s customer service and scheduled an appointment at one of their physical stores. I visited the Youtang after-sales service center (the exact location is shown in Picture 3), and let me tell you—the staff there were absolutely incredible.

From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and immediately began assessing the problem. After thoroughly inspecting my phone, they confirmed that while the casing showed no visible damage, the issue was indeed serious. Since my device was still under warranty (though I didn’t have screen breakage insurance), they informed me it could be repaired free of charge.

However, due to the lack of spare parts for the inner screen, they generously offered to replace it entirely with a brand-new phone! And get this—I could come back the very next day to collect it.

But their thoughtfulness didn’t stop there. They even asked if I had a backup phone to use during the replacement process. If not, they kindly suggested I could keep my old device temporarily. Their professionalism and attentiveness left me utterly impressed. I couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went!

When I returned today to pick up my shiny new phone, I was absolutely thrilled. It felt like Christmas morning all over again! I can’t recommend this after-sales service center highly enough—it’s exceptional in every way.
