Each generation strives to improve upon the last, yet perfection always seems just out of reach. Surprisingly, this latest iteration takes a step backward with its underwhelming motor and subpar speakers. Given these compromises, would the 15 Ultra still earn a place in your tech collection?

I was really hoping the 15 Ultra would build on the improvements of the previous models, but those speaker issues sound like a bummer. It’s disappointing that they stepped back on certain aspects when I feel like battery life was already a strong point. I might hold off on this one and see what they do next year.
I was really excited about the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, but the downgrade in motor and speaker quality is disappointing. It feels like they focused too much on other features and overlooked these key components. Still, if the camera and display are as good as previous models, I might consider it for my next phone. Overall, I hope they address these issues in future updates.
I was really hoping for some improvements in sound quality, but it sounds like they dropped the ball there. The motor issue is also disappointing since that’s such a key feature for day-to-day usability. Still, if the camera has gotten better, I might consider it—hope they didn’t sacrifice too much elsewhere for that upgrade. Overall, seems like a tough call between this and previous models.
I was really hoping the 15 Ultra would build on the improvements of the previous models, but those weaker speakers are a bummer. It’s disappointing that they stepped back on such key features when everything else seems so promising. Still, if the camera quality is as good as it sounds, I might consider it despite these downsides. Guess I’ll have to go see one in person before deciding.
