但你以为让直接送对轮椅使用者来说就完全没有问题了吗?下面就听听一位轮椅使用者与快递员“斗智斗勇”的叙述吧:

🔹我自己坐轮椅没法下楼取件,所以大部分时间都选择顺丰到付,然而这次的店家不接受发顺丰只得作罢。当快递员电话联络让我下楼取件时,我让七十多岁的姥姥下楼取件,结果二十多分钟后姥姥才回来,说没有找到快递员。这时快递员又打来电话说他到了,让我取件。那你提前那么久让我下楼取快递是在消遣我?我忍着怒气客客气气的协商,先打感情软牌:阐明自己是坐轮椅,姥姥下四楼已经等了二十多分钟,老年人腿脚本来也不利索,这次能不能给我送上楼一下。但是快递员干净利落地表示不存在送上楼这个操作。软的不成那我就来硬的,我当即对他说“提前二十分钟打电话这件事我和你们总部反应也不好吧?”但人还真就软硬不吃,冷冷道你爱怎样怎样。我只能眼含热泪默默拨通了投诉电话,不一会轻轻地叩门声传来,我从屋内遥遥望去,还能看到那张略带窘迫和尴尬的面容说着道歉的话…我不由得感慨一句:顺丰大法好。(顺丰快递直接送到人,但会略贵一点)🔹

小编我也使用轮椅,同样面临上面的问题。对于放到快递柜里的快递,我从不予理睬,直接让别人取(所以直到今天我都不知道用快递柜取快递到底是一种什么体验);如果快递被寄到菜鸟驿站我才会去取,但是菜鸟驿站比较远,我很不方便去,所以我跟驿站的人说好了,以后我直接打电话人家就给我送来。这就是个不错的办法,除双十一、双十二这类购物节之外,我只要打电话然后等人送就行
