I had the same issue with version 25.9.1. My motherboard won’t boot and there’s no signal.
My crashes stopped after I turned off the bug reporting tool in Adrenalin. When it was enabled, even occasional stutters would cause black screens and crashes. It may seem odd, but this fixed all my crashing issues in newer games.
