Embarking on my first PC build, I initially considered the RX 7900 GRE and RX 9070 XT, both with 16GB of VRAM. However, after reviewing various sources, I’ve decided to go with Nvidia and am leaning toward the RTX 5070. My budget for the PC alone is set at 1.5L, though I’m open to spending less if possible, as it will take me about four months to save up for this amount.

My primary use will be gaming (99%), with minimal productivity tasks (1%). I currently own a 24-inch 1080p 180Hz monitor, a Redragon K630 keyboard, and both wireless and wired mice, which I plan to use for now. I typically play at 1080p on low settings, so I’m looking for suggestions on optimizing my component list—whether to add, remove, or find cost-effective alternatives without compromising performance. Coming from an Acer Aspire 7 laptop with a Ryzen 5 3550H and GTX 1650, I’m excited to see how much of an upgrade this build will be.
