Strangely, the problematic video runs perfectly fine directly on the Mac. Additionally, after switching modes in the settings, the brightness and contrast levels refuse to adjust.
In an all-white display, the edges appear slightly darker—does anyone else notice this? Also, diving into the world of MiniLED for the first time is nothing short of dazzling. To make it more comfortable, I’ve dialed down the brightness to 25 and enabled eye protection, which makes a noticeable difference.
A 27-inch screen at a desk depth of 60 cm feels overwhelmingly large, and I’m still adjusting to its presence. The built-in speakers are serviceable but pale in comparison to my trusty 10-year-old Hivi speakers, which deliver far superior sound quality.
The overall movie-watching experience is undeniably impressive, but I can’t pinpoint whether it’s the larger screen or another factor making moving objects seem slightly laggy. After some testing, I realized that playing videos on the Mac results in lag, while they run flawlessly under Pangu OS.
