It could be dirt in the USB port, or the cable may be damaged internally.

After the last update, mine did the same. Clearing the cache and rebooting fixed it, and it’s back to normal now.

The S24+ charges at 45W from 0–20% battery, then typically drops to around 34W. If the device gets too warm, it may reduce to 25W to cool down before returning to 34W.
It’s likely the cable or a minor software issue. Clean the charging port, restart your phone, and test with a different cable. UGREEN cables sometimes drop to 25W unexpectedly. Since your phone still reaches 45W with other chargers, the issue is with the combination of your phone and that 100W brick.
I cleaned the port, rebooted the phone, and tried another cable, but it didn’t work. It might be a software glitch or bug.
