I spent over a year and a half riding the Specialized, and at the time, I opted for the SL7 model. Since then, I’ve been loyal to the Trek. Overall, the Specialized left me impressed with its versatility and climbing prowess, but when it comes to long-distance rides, it just can’t match the comfort of the Trek [LOL]. On the other hand, the Trek SLR7 is built for smooth cruising—it’s slightly softer in feel, yet it slices through the miles with impressive speed.
