While some report stolen items, this typically involves expats using unknown couriers, especially from the Middle East. In these rare cases, small courier agents may remove a few items after clearance, often targeting workers unfamiliar with their rights. However, this is uncommon now and not a concern for most shoppers.
Your orders should arrive without issues. Problems usually stem from shipping errors, which sellers resolve by reshipping. Even Sri Lanka Post performs well. I frequently order from dbrand via their affordable Aramex option and have received all items, including cases and skins.
Note that customs duty applies—for example, dbrand cases may incur 2,000–4,000 rupee taxes, payable to Aramex upon delivery.
If you can afford it, order confidently. Pitaka doesn’t ship here, but for any delivery issues, contact the seller directly for a reshipment.
