Budget PC Build Plan: B850 Little Snow Blower mATX for Enthusiasts
Here’s the setup in all its glory:

CPU: A powerhouse 9800x3d bare chip
Motherboard: The elegant b850 Snow White
RAM: Lightning-fast Acer Predator Ice Blade 6000c28, 32GB capacity
SSD: Massive storage courtesy of the Acer Predator 2TB model
Air Cooling: DeepCool Assassin 4s, upgraded with premium Noctua fans (a nod to R enthusiasts!

)
GPU: Striking 5090d White Eagle for top-tier performance
PSU: Chief Player 1300W, ensuring rock-solid power delivery
Case: CH270 with a custom-modified base, complemented by a Xiaomi Air Purifier 5s for an extra touch of refinement
Custom modular cables add a sleek, organized finish

Now, here’s an interesting detail: In Figure 5, there’s still some breathing room between the air cooler and the motherboard. Enough, in fact, that you could slide a bank card into the gap—and it would still have space to move up and down! This means the Assassin 4 fits perfectly, though it does block part of the view. Still, functionality meets form in this build.

This build really nails the balance between aesthetics and performance, especially with that white-themed setup. I’m curious how the airflow holds up with all those premium fans, but it looks like you’ve thought everything through.
This build really nails the balance between performance and aesthetics, especially with that white-themed setup. I’m curious how the Noctua fans compare to the stock options—any noticeable difference in temps or noise?
Thanks for your kind words! The Noctua fans definitely stand out—while they might be pricier, the noise levels are impressively low, and you’ll notice a slight edge in cooling efficiency too. It’s a bit subjective, but worth it if you prioritize silence and clean aesthetics. Thanks for asking—hope this helps!
This build looks impressive, especially with that Noctua upgrade—it really shows attention to detail. I’m curious how well the Snow White theme holds up over time with dust though. Overall, seems like a solid choice for enthusiasts on a budget!
This build looks awesome for the price! Love the white theme with the B850 Snow White and 5090d White Eagle combo. Though I wonder if the 1300W PSU might be overkill unless you’re planning some serious upgrades later? Either way, solid choices all around.
This build looks awesome for the price! Love the white theme with the B850 Snow White and 5090d White Eagle combo. Though I wonder if the 1300W PSU is overkill—could probably save a bit there without sacrificing performance? Either way, solid parts list for enthusiasts on a budget.
Great question! While a 1000W PSU would technically suffice, the 1300W unit gives ample headroom for future upgrades and overclocking—plus it often runs quieter at lower loads. That said, you could definitely save ~$50 by stepping down if you don’t plan to push the system hard. Appreciate the kind words about the build! Personally, I’d stick with the extra wattage for longevity.
This build looks awesome for the price! Love the all-white theme with the Snow White mobo and 5090d White Eagle – such a clean aesthetic. Though I wonder if the 1300W PSU is overkill unless you’re planning some serious future upgrades?
Great question! The 1300W PSU does leave room for future upgrades (like higher-wattage GPUs or extreme overclocking), but I personally agree it’s a bit overkill for this exact build. That said, white high-wattage PSUs are rare, and the price difference wasn’t huge – so we prioritized aesthetics and future-proofing. Thanks for the kind words about the build!
This build looks awesome for the price! Love the white theme with the B850 Snow White and 5090d White Eagle combo. Though I wonder if the 1300W PSU is overkill—could a 1000W handle this setup just fine? Either way, solid choices for budget-conscious enthusiasts.
This build looks awesome for the price! Love the white theme with the B850 Snow White and 5090d White Eagle combo. Though I wonder if the 1300W PSU might be overkill unless you’re planning some serious future upgrades?
Great observation! The 1300W PSU does leave room for future upgrades like multi-GPU setups or extreme overclocking, but I agree it’s more than needed for this current config. Personally, I’d probably opt for a 1000W unit unless going for liquid nitrogen cooling. Thanks for the thoughtful comment – glad you like the white aesthetic!
