After recently purchasing a 7900 GRE, I discovered that my 8700k processor is creating a significant bottleneck. Since my first PC was built around 2017, this marks only my second major upgrade. To address the performance limitation, I’m planning to upgrade several components and would appreciate feedback on my approach and the compatibility of the parts I’ve selected, all sourced from Amazon.
The components I’m considering include the B0F6778Z5Y motherboard, along with a compatible CPU cooler, RAM, storage, and case. I already own a fairly new 850-watt GameMax RGB smart 80 Plus Gold PCIe 5.0/ATX 3.0 power supply, which I intend to reuse from my current setup. Any guidance from those with more experience would be greatly appreciated to ensure I’m on the right track.
