      1. This build is overpriced. Your entire setup isn’t worth more than 5 lakh. The 4070 Super is already outdated for ray tracing at 4K or 1440p, and for 4K/1440p video editing. Also, 1440p on an ultrawide monitor is comparable to 1080p on a standard monitor due to the screen size.

        1. A 1440p ultrawide has more pixels than a standard 1440p monitor, so it’s not equivalent to 1080p.

          Additionally, the 4070 Ti Super is not outdated. The 5070 Ti is essentially a slightly improved version with 4x frame generation. What is going on in this comment section?

    I’m not sure what other commenters are referring to regarding pricing. A quick search shows these components aren’t available for less elsewhere. The suggestions about 50-series cards don’t make sense either, as those cost about PKR 50,000 more.

    It seems people are focusing only on the CPU and GPU while overlooking that this is a complete build. The seller might have better luck selling components individually or at least separating items like the SSD and GPU. There aren’t many buyers looking for used complete builds with high-end components.

      You’re right that selling the whole build is unlikely, but hopefully someone will want to buy it complete. I just don’t have time to sell the parts individually.

  14. After double-checking, I found some components are slightly cheaper, but the RAM price seems incorrect since all listings near that cost are sold out.

    I agree that someone spending this much could pay a bit more for a new system, so the price could be lower. However, anyone thinking they can build this new for $5,000 is mistaken.

  15. I’m currently assembling a build for someone with a Ryzen 7900X and a 5070, all new components, for much less than your asking price. The only reason it’s even close is because they want 64GB of RAM, and we’re all aware of the current pricing situation with that.

    1. First, the 5070 is significantly cheaper than the 4070 Super Ti—you might be confusing it with the 4070 Ti or Super. Second, every part and brand has its own price. Whether it’s a Thunder or Asus case, Kingston or Samsung SSD, or XPG or Kingston RAM, all these choices add up to different totals. You can’t compare low-tier brands with top-tier ones.

        1. As a starting point, the Ryzen 7700 is about 80,000–100,000 cheaper than my GPU and has faced significant criticism for its low performance. Someone has already shared a price breakdown in the comments, which you can review to get an estimate.

  16. Great breakdown. I assume your prices are from legitimate sources. Starting with the GPU, mine is an MSI Ventus 2X, which isn’t listed anywhere below 300k. So if we estimate the total at around 720k, with everything in warranty and in immaculate condition, is that reason enough to lose about 40% of its value by your estimate? The shop offered me a buyback at a 30% loss, which I’ve verified. I posted here because if someone is considering buying from the shop at a higher price, they might prefer to get it here for less. Ultimately, it’s up to the buyer to decide what works for them. I appreciate that you’ve started with accurate numbers—kudos.

      1. At least 20% less than the current market value for a brand new item. I doubt any shopkeeper would pay more than 60% for a used item, even in excellent condition.

        1. The seller originally paid around 7.5 lac for the entire setup and is now asking 6 lac, which seems reasonable considering it’s negotiable. You could try bargaining to get a better deal.
