“Partnering with Unilever, we brought to life an innovative swing prototype for their beloved brand Helados Holanda. This ambitious project pushed our creative boundaries, prompting us to conduct extensive research focused on children with disabilities to truly grasp their unique needs and challenges in playground environments.
The revolutionary structure features three distinct swing options: a classic single swing, a social double swing, and a groundbreaking wheelchair-accessible model. We carefully selected a harmonious blend of warm, inviting wood and durable metal – combining natural aesthetic appeal with structural integrity.
The wheelchair swing represents a breakthrough in inclusive design, featuring an ingenious autonomous boarding system. Users can independently access the swing through a specially designed door that smoothly unfolds via an easy-to-use hand crank mechanism.
Our mission went beyond functionality – we aimed to create magical moments of pure independence and delight. Every carefully considered detail ensures all children, regardless of ability, can experience the simple joy of swinging while feeling truly included in play.
