I had just purchased it, and within less than 20 minutes of flying, it plummeted to the ground [Facepalm]. I had carefully piloted the drone out of the neighborhood, a few hundred meters away, when suddenly, the signal disappeared. Panicking, I sprinted as fast as I could and managed to reconnect. The drone then prompted me that it was returning home. But moments later, the connection dropped once more. By the time I finally located it, the drone was already in pieces.
It’s baffling—why on earth would the drone just fall out of the sky like that?
